Introduction:

I have been restoring vintage fountain pens, tuning nibs, modifying modern pens with vintage nibs and learning what I can about the background of these fine writing instruments for several years. I understand that these fine writing instruments are of great importance to you, therefore I will provide the best possible service that I can. If for any reason there is a problem with your writing instrument upon your receipt, simply e-mail me and I will make things right or refund your repair fees

These prices are introductory, and will eventually update to a concrete price, once I get a better idea of cost.

    Disclaimers and additional information:

    1. These Prices do not include the cost of return shipping. For shipping within the United States, the shipping cost is about $7.
    2. These prices are subject to change, as any additional parts that may be required will be charged at cost. (ex: replacements for damaged writing sections, damaged blind caps, lever bars, etc)
    3. Keep in mind that these writing instruments have survived many years and may have been stored away in less than ideal conditions for the materials that these instruments are constructed from. During the repair process, I have had pens that looked aesthetically sound, but crumbled at the slighted bit of pressure. If something like this does occur, I will do my best to repair or replace these parts, but do not assume responsibility for such occurrences.
    4. If you have a pen coming in with a bent nib, it is also worth noting that some bends leave permanent marks on those nibs, and that some materials can also crack and flake as a result of the bends in the material. As always, I will do my best to minimize these occurrences, but these things cannot always be avoided, and for this I do not assume such responsibiliy.
    5. I ask that any writing instruments that are sent in, be packaged sufficiently enough to avoid an unnecessary damages during transit. I highly suggest packaging your pens in a box, instead of a padded envelope. Be sure to utilize bubble wrap, packing peanuts, packing paper, etc. paper or plastic tubes are also good methods of keeping your pens protected during transit.
    6. Shipping insurance is something that I do suggest, but not require for any items that you send in. I will send out all of my packages with insurance, to ensure that any damages that may be sustained during transit are properly addressed by the United States Postal Service.
